This past weekend was awesome! I got to spend the Labour Day weekend with my favourite guy and his family. On Saturday, my boyfriend Alex and I took our “Date Day” and wandered around Old Town in Portland, Maine. It was awesome. We had done this once before but in much colder January weather.
Due to my love of Lobster, Alex took me to the Portland Lobster Co. and it was AMAZING. I had a fresh Lobster Roll (the most fresh lobster I’ve ever had) and he had a Crab Burger which was also so delicious. We drank two really great Maine beers that were on tap and sat outside to enjoy the sun and fresh seafood. Highly, highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in Portland, and be sure to try the blueberry beer!
After lunch we wandered around on the docks and shopped in some of the cute and unique stores on the main street.
It was such a great day and I can’t wait for more “Day Dates” like this to come soon!
